A Tea rose with large nodding pale creamy yellow flowers with a hint of pink, base buff yellow, very double; bushy sprawling growth height to 6feet (2m) on a warm wall, less in the open. raised by Ducher in France in 1871. Scent good. Parentage: ‘Mme de Tartas’ x ‘Mme Falcot’. The climbing sport was introduced by Thomasville Nursery in 1936. The specimens photographed were collected at Mottisfont Garden Hampshire UK. The field picture was taken in the Tête d’Or garden Lyon France. There is a lot of difference in the colour of the two specimens which we think is accounted for by temperature and soil. | ||||||
