A Parkland series rose bred by Marshall and introduced in 1977. A low-growing shrub or ground-cover rose. Martin Frobisher led three voyages in the 1570's in search of a Northwest passage to Asia. This rose cultivar was obtained from an open pollination of the rugosa shrub 'Schneezwerg'. Zone 3, will survive down to –35°C.
