A Parkland low shrub or Ground-cover rose bred by Marshall and introduced in 1980. This rose is a complex hybrid involving 'Prairie Princess', 'White Bouquet', 'Assiniboine' and R. askansana on the seed parent side and 'Adelaide Hoodless', 'Independence', 'Donald Prior' and R. arkansana on the pollen parent side.
