A Parkland low shrub or Ground-cover rose bred by Marshall and introduced in 1980. This rose is a complex hybrid involving 'Prairie Princess', 'White Bouquet', 'Assiniboine' and R. askansana on the seed parent side and 'Adelaide Hoodless', 'Independence', 'Donald Prior' and R. arkansana on the pollen parent side. Zone 3, will survive down to –35°C. Photographed at the Royal Botanical Gardens, Hamilton. Near Toronto, Canada.
