A Parkland shrub rose bred by Marshall and introduced in 1980. . It was named to honour the Centennial of the Town of Morden, Manitoba.

This cultivar originated from a cross between 'Prairie Princess' and a hardy seedling developed from 'White Bouquest', 'Assiniboine' and R. arkansana. Zone 3, will survive down to –35°C. The photograph has been supplied by Morden Research Station, Agriculture & Agri-Food Canada.
