Introduced by Nabonnand in 1883. Buds long pointed, flowers bright pink with a carmine-red reverse, large, semi-double; scent moderate; growth bushy vigorous. There is a climbing sport introduced by Chevrier in 1904. Photographed in Bermuda, the more close-up specimen by Bill Grant.
