‘Paul’s Himalayan Musk’ A rampant climber up to 10m or more, the origin has been lost but it seems probable that it is the R. himalaica alba magna of Paul of Cheshunt, thus its name. The sprays of pinkish-white, semi-double flowers hang down and are sweetly scented. Possibly a seedling of R. brunonii although Peter Beales thinks it nearer to R. multiflora or even R. sempervirens. An excellent fairly hardy rose. Zone 6, will survive down to –20°C. |
