A Shrub rose introduced by Moore in 1999. Flowers a white blend, very double, borne in large clusters; with moderate scent; growth spreading to as much as 6 feet (1.75m), a very healthy plant with glossy foliage. Parentage: 'Golden Angel' x 'Muriel'. Photographed by Ralph Moore at his nursery in California.
