A Hybrid Perpetual introduced by Dickson in 1905. Deep scarlet flowers shaded blackish-crimson, scent moderate. Bushy almost climbing growth to a maximum of about 10 feet (3m). Parentage: ‘Lord Bacon’ x ‘Gruss an Teplitz’. Photographed at Roseraie l’Hay-les-Rose south of Paris, France.
