A giant shrub or climbing rose introduced in 1927. White single flowers aging pinkish. Possibly a natural hybrid between Rosa gigantea and Rosa laevigata, growth vigorous to at least 30 feet (10m), foliage glossy, flowers large single. Photographed in Eccleston Square London.
