A Hybrid Tea introduced by Pernet-Ducher in 1890. This is one of the great old Hybrid Teas. Buds pointed, flowers bright satiny rose with a darker centre, double; scent moderate; growth vigorous. There is a climbing sport introduced in 1901. Parentage: ‘Mme de Tartas’ x ‘Lady Mary Fitzwilliam’.
