An old Climbing Hybrid Tea rose introduced by Marsh’s Nursery in 1942. A climbing sport of the Hybrid Tea shrub introduced in 1935 by Wheatcroft Bros. Long pointed buds large mid-red double flowers; scent moderate damask. Photographed growing on the fence at The University of Santa Clara, San Jose, California.
