A Polyantha rose introduced by Lammerts/Armstrong in 1946. Buds pointed, flowers china-rose base mimosa yellow in large trusses, double; slight tea scent; mostly five leaflets, growth bushy. The Climbing sport was introduced by Weeks in 1977, it is also known as ‘Weeping China Doll’. Parentage: ‘Mrs Dudley Fulton’ x ‘Tom Thumb’. The Climbing specimens were photographed at the Botanical Garden of Adelaide South Australia and the shrub by Bill Grant.
