A Polyantha rose introduced by Levavasseur & Fils in 1909. Bright red flowers on a medium size bush, profuse in summer with some repeat in autumn. At the time of its introduction, it was said to be “the best Polyantha Rose ever raised. The blooms have a white center. Thought to be a seedling of 'Mme Norbert Levavasseur'.
