A Moss rose introduced by Henry Dreer U.S.A. in 1900. Double, small, erect, purple pink flowers with some scent, growth vigorous. One of the few moss roses raised by an American, Dreer, who lived in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, 1818-1873. It was found growing in a private garden in the Cumberland Valley. The buds are nicely mossed. Photographed in the Vrijbroek Rose Garden in Brussels, Belgium, by Bill Grant. | ||||
