An old Climbing rose introduced by Barbier in 1903. Buds coppery-red, flowers salmon-orange and yellow, large, in clusters of 3-10; scent moderate; very vigorous growth to 15 feet (4.5m). Parentage: Rosa wichurana x 'Souvenir de Catherine Guillot'. Photographed in the charming walled village of Grignan in southern France.
