A Shrub rose introduced by Harkness in 1984. Very well scented (musk); rich violet-purple flowers, an exceptional modern rose with a true old rose colour. Parentage: ((Seedling x ('Orange Sensation' x 'Allgold') x R. californica)) x 'Frank Naylor'. Photographed at the Royal Botanical Gardens, Hamilton, near Toronto, Canada.
