A Shrub rose. A chance hybrid that occurred in Cambridge Botanic Garden in about 1931. Pale yellow cupped flowers with a moderate scent; growth tall to 7 feet (2m). Possibly a hybrid between ‘Hugonis and Rosa sericea.
